PTS Finance specialises in IFRS and Lux GAAP consolidation and reporting. It has been created to support Luxembourg fiduciaries and corporate trust companies. Our main aim is to assist them to focus on what matters — their core business operations — leaving complex services to us on an outsourcing basis at a very competitive price. Patryk Tyszka
Managing DirectorPatryk Tyszka is the founder of PTS Finance with over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. After graduating in the field of Engineering in Poland, he transferred into the financial area. He consequently became a Certified Chartered Accountant and a member of the ACCA. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business and Certificate in International Financial Reporting. His financial career started in 2008 at PNC Bank in Ireland. For the next two years he resided in Spain, where he was leading various projects for a consulting company. In 2011 he moved to Luxembourg where he held various senior financial roles in the banking sector, real estate, and corporate trust, with primary responsibility for the reporting and consolidation of the portfolio of clients, including: real estate, private equity, and commercial companies (under Lux GAAP and IFRS). His most recent role was at the headquarters of a global technology start-up company where he led the reporting and IFRS consolidation activities of the Group, as well as advised the management on the company’s performance.
A native Polish speaker, Patryk is also fluent in English and Spanish.
As Consolidation and Reporting Manager, Patryk was a key member of my team. Patryk was a great support to the company and to the Finance team as he proved to be a straight, autonomous, rigorous and hardworking manager. His core task was to implement and maintain consolidation for the group: he demonstrated strong IFRS technical skills and quickly took ownership of the related activities so as to deliver a high quality work.
